Ready to join us?

If you have read everything and you feel ready to give Crosstowne Lifefit a try, here are a few things you need to know for your first visit!

1. Before your first workout we need you to fill out a new client waiver . You can either fill out this file and email it to crosstownelifefit@gmail.com or fill it out in person on your first day.
2. Pick any of our class times and show up a few minutes early so that we can make sure we have all of your paperwork and show you around.
3. Your first class will consist of a warm up (10-15 minutes), a strength portion and a metcon(metabolic conditioning). We will scale the workout according to your level. We will explain and demonstrate all of the movements.
