It is very easy for all of us to stay in our comfort zone with everything in life, whether it is the route we go to work or just our own day-to-day routine. Do you ever feel like maybe there is more out there? Do you ever feel like you have a bigger purpose in life?
Over the past 2 years in our life we have done the uncomfortable – and I have to say I wouldn’t have it any other way. Two years ago this month we sold our house and everything in it in a very short time. We moved out to Arizona, over 1,000 miles from home and what we knew as “our comfort zone” and followed our Faith. In the 18 months that we were in Arizona we learned to totally and completely trust and rest in God. It is not to say there were not obstacles along the way. But we chose to listen to that still small voice within that was leading and guiding us, even if we didn’t feel qualified in certain areas. We followed the peace within, regardless if we were uncomfortable on the outside we pressed through and God just kept opening doors one right after the other.
I encourage anyone reading this that may have a vision or a dream inside him or her- anything is possible! Its okay to get comfortable with uncomfortable.
Over the next few weeks I will be blogging about our journey and how the vision of CrossTowne Lifefit unfolded- I hope this encourages you to step out and do something you thought you couldn’t
