Type: Group training
The LifeFit class consists of more advanced movements in comparison to the Life class. If you would like to participate in the LifeFit program you should have a certain level of athletic abilities. If the movements are too difficult for you, we recommend starting out in the Life class and progressing to the LifeFit program. This class will consist of a warm-up, then a slow-paced strength portion followed by a high-paced conditioning workout (MetCon). We’ve seen, from experience, that this format returns the most beneficial results for a healthy exercise routine.
